Schön Industrial Mathematics is owned and run by Dr Thomas Schön. He holds a Phd in  Automatic Control, an MSc in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics. All degrees are from Linköping University, Linköping, Sweden. Dr Schön has also held visiting positions at The University of Cambridge in Cambridge, UK and The University of Newcastle in Newcastle, Australia.

 

Besides the consulting business Dr Schön is an Associate Professor at the division of Automatic Control at Linköping University in Linköping, Sweden. His research is within the areas of sensor fusion, signal processing and system identification and he is currently involved in several major research projects within the automotive and the UAV business. Dr Schön regularly delivers talks about his research at the major conferences on sensor fusion, signal processing, automatic control and system identification around the world.
